Our Supply Chain team is proactively communicating with our supplier partners every day on your behalf and continues to expand our processes to meet the challenges of the current supply chain climate. The Supplier Resolution Report described below provides PartsSource with the information we need to keep you better informed about the status of your essential medical equipment.
- The Supplier Resolution Report: This is a monthly report distributed to the suppliers experiencing the highest incidence of delays. PartsSource asks each supplier to provide details regarding why the product is delayed and the Estimated Ship Date (ESD). As information is received, PartsSource updates our systems with the relevant details and provides the information to our internal teams for awareness and customer follow-up.
How PartsSource Can Help You
We have received updates from several PartsSource customers who are operating at 25-60% staffing due to illness and quarantine. Many of our customers have used the below strategies as short-term relief to keep available staff focused on the most important needs of the hospital.
- Supplemental Biomed Staff: PartsSource has secured access to a network of BMET I, II, and III that are available for travel within the lower 48 states in increments from 2 weeks to 6 months.
- Preventative Maintenance Relief: Provide us with an Excel export of your open PMs and we’ll provide multiple bids to have them completed on-site.
- Short Term T&M: Let PartsSource absorb the efforts of managing time and material emergency service and assist in the short term until you’re full staffed.
- Short Term Depot: Our depot repair service delivers expert quality you can trust for your patient monitoring, telemetry, pumps, and ultrasounds probes needs.
