Our special kit of neutralizers, absorbents and PPE lets you safely respond to hydrofluoric acid spills.
Features
- Lightweight polyethylene container includes PPE for protection from acidic materials
- Spill Kit dimensions are approximate
- Pour PIG Hydrofluoric Acid Neutralizer in a 1:1 ratio on spills up to 47% concentration or spray into the air for vapor control
- To help minimize risk, liquid changes from beige to red during neutralization, then back to normal when complete
- Specially-formulated liquid transforms dangerous hydrofluoric acid into inorganic salts and water
- Safer to use than caustic soda neutralizers, which can form a poisonous gas by-product
- Use PIG HazMat Pads for final cleanup of neutralized spills
- Contents are organized for quick, efficient response
- Temporary disposal bags with ties help make cleanup easier
