Improved Internal Design permits NACHI EX-type spherical roller thrust bearings to have twice the bearing life of our conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearing. These bearings are designed to carry heavy axial loads and can support radial loads if the radial loads are less than 50% of axial loads. To prevent damages caused by sliding motion between rollers and raceway, these bearings must be subjected to a load more than minimum axial load (Fa min = Static Load Rating / 1000). These bearings are self-aligning, the maximum allowable misalignment is about 2°. Oil Lubrication is recommended for the conventional E-type.
