A Cartridge heater is a cylindrical-shaped, heavy-duty component heater that has a heating coil wound on a ceramic core. Electricity flows through the coil, heats the coil and also the cartridge sheath. This RoHS compliant Cartridge Heater Tube Kit includes a cartridge heater with a Cable Harness, two Ceramic Bushes, two Ceramic Covers, two M4 size Nut, and two M4 Socket Head Partially Threaded Screws. All heater wires are insulated in a PVC Fiberglass sleeve that gives enhanced insulation. The provided ceramic covers are used to protect the equipment body from getting heated from the heater while the bushes are used used to hold the heater in place. One ceramic cover and a bush are used on each side of the assembly. And the provided screws and nuts are used for fastening the cartridge heater. This Cartridge Heater Tube Kit is compatible to use with Lullaby Warmer Prime Maternal-Infant Care System.
