The Top Cover Assembly - Optima is a cover assembly that consists of logo/brand, ambient light sensor, top cover molded part, power switch, battery meter, drive login, overlay board, drive login, active board, electrode board and hornet board. These parts are assembled together to form the complete assembly. These parts are made with high precision method for a precise fit between the parts and to ensure the safety of the mechanism. The power buttons provide the user to turn the system on and off. The battery meter provides the user a means to visualize the system battery charge level. The touch panel provides user interface for selection, manipulation, and general interaction with the elements of the display. The touch panel is capable of being calibrated for user touch accuracy, and touch capability extends to all extents of the viewable display area. The top cover molded plastic part should not be thinner than 0.4mm in any dimension from the front of the top cover to the back of the top cover where electrical hazards may be present. The top cover assembly contains four circuit boards, the overlay board, the drive login active board, the drive login electrode board and the hornet board. These boards interact with each other and the X-ray systems. The touch panel is connected to the hornet board using the ribbon cable.
