PSB BOARD KIT

The Probe Selector Board (PSB) comes as a part of the Vivid S5 Ultrasound imaging system. It is an Ultrasound imaging system which combines miniaturization and versatile diagnostic solutions with exceptional performance and excellent image quality. It features advanced technology that gives the ability to capture extraordinary images on routine to difficult exams. It is used in vascular, abdominal, pediatric/fetal and obstetrics fields. Medical Ultrasound images are created by computer and digital memory from the transmission and reception of mechanical high-frequency waves generated through a probe/transducer. The Ultrasound waves spread through the body, producing an echo where density changes occur. The echoes return to the transducer where they are converted back into electrical signals, thus affecting the quality of images formed. The PSB assembly consists of a welded shield, frame ruler, hinge, hinge bracket, rear shield, in line hinge, hinge pin, hinge spring pin, EMC fingers, sticky fingers, EMC gasket, battery stopper bumper, screws, washers and labels.
