PROBE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY, MEETS ROHS

Product Overview

The Probe Connector Assembly is used in the ultrasound machines, Computed Tomography (CT) machines and also in a few other Digital Imaging (DI) machines. The assembly consists of various parts like bearing base, connector bushing, probe connect lock for twin, connector lever, bracket, EMC sponge, EMC absorber, screws, labels and other accessories. All of these are assembled to form the connector which is placed in the system hardware board structure. The probe used in the machine will take an image of the patient’s body and will get connected to the probe connector. Both the probe and the connectors are sensitive and have to be handled with extra care. The probe will be locked once it is connected to the system using the probe connector lock. The pins on the connector will be inspected before inserting the probe into it. Do not touch the surface of the probe connectors which are exposed when the probe is removed, as the fault conditions can result in electric shock. The assembly is packed and labeled and each part inside the pack is labeled individually for easy identification. It is widely used in machines like Vivid E, LOGIQ E and many more similar machines.
