Product Overview
Radiographic systems are used to for imaging method diagnosis using X-rays
The systems work on the principle where high velocity electrons, when interacted with patient’s body, their kinetic energy is converted into electromagnetic radiation (X-rays)
A detector that is in line with the source of rays, detects them and measures their properties
This can generate heat during operation and it is to be cooled for improving the functioning and keeping the system safe
Detector coolant kit is provided to be cool the detector
The kit is comprised of coolant, a mixture of distilled water and propylene glycol coolant available in bottles, and a service hose, syringe vacuum kit, a funnel, safety rubber gloves and goggles
The coolant is poured into conditioner of the detector by a funnel after all the power sources are switched off
Excess or leftover coolant can be removed by means of a syringe and hose
Safety googles and gloves are provided while pouring the coolant to ensure that there is no direct contact between the personnel and chemicals
