The Tilt Platform Assembly is a specially designed assembly intended for use in Giraffe™ Omnibed, Giraffe™ OmniBed™ Carestation, Panda™ Warmer incubators and other medical equipment as applicable. The tilt platform is a main bed assembly of the bed and side panel assembly of the infant incubator. The bed tilts 12 degrees to allow the feet up or head up positioning of the infant. It is located inside the bed area at the head of the bed assembly. It helps to move the bed and side panel assembly of the incubator system. The assembly is comprised of a cover, retaining pin, washer, washer brake, lock plunger, platform, ball bearing, slide, brake bracket, tilt knob, compression spring, brake pad assembly, split lock washer, flat washer, screws, Loctite 242 and Loctite 7471. The part is RoHS compliant and approved to safety standards. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions.
