The Vent Screen Kit is used in the servo controlled oxygen service of an incubator. It is used to trap unusual particles. This kit consists of 5 vent screens kept inside a labelled zip lock bag. The vent screen is assembled inside the chassis cover along with that sensor housing of oxygen sensor is assembled. To replace the vent screen first step is to remove rotating mattress tray, tilt platform and upper pan. Remove the vent cover by turning it counter clockwise. Remove and discard the ring shaped vent filter screen from the chassis vent. Install a new vent screen and reinstall the vent cover. Perform the Pre-use checkout. Replace vent screen in annual frequency as a service maintenance schedule. It is highly reliable, durable and efficient. It provides high performance in varying environments.
