The Selector Switch Valve Assembly - Manual ACGO comes as a part of the Auxiliary Common Gas Outlet (ACGO) module under the Breathing Gas Circuit (BGC) manifold in the anesthesia system with an integrated breathing system. AGCO is used to provide fresh gas to an auxiliary manual breathing circuit. It provides a flexible breathing circuit in addition to the existing one, for specific medical functioning. The assembly diverts the fresh gas supply (a mixture of various gases and anesthetic agents) to one of two circuits, the Common Gas Outlet (CGO) above the circle system inspiratory check valve or the ACGO. The flow of fresh gas through the ACGO port on the front of the system is directed by the switch. The assembly consists of the selector valve, elbow and a cable tie. It is very efficient in performance, even though it comes into contact with oxygen-enriched gas in the range of 50 to 3000 kPa (7.25 to 435 psig) and hence is safe to use. It is used in a wide range of medical apparatus like Engstrom CS, S/5 Avance, Avance CS2, Aisys CS2, S/5 Aespire 7100, Assembly Unity Network ID V6A Eng, and Frame Aespire Trolley w/ vent, S/5 Aespire 100, S/5 Aespire 7900, S/5 Aespire 7900, Aisys 9100C and S/5 Aisys.
