This Hose Assembly is used to transfer Oxygen (O₂) to the Carestation 650/620 series anesthesia machines. In order to ensure safety by preventing gas leakage this hose has been made with high composite materials. The assembly consist of 5 meter hose with British MK3 probe male connector at one end and Non-Interchangeable Screw Threaded (NIST) hex nut female connector at the other end .NIST hex nut female connector is connected to the gas distribution unit where as British MK3 probe male connector is connected to the anesthesia machine. The intended purpose of this hose is to carry Oxygen (O₂), hence it is color coded as white. Similarly different color code is applicable for specific range of gas.
