The 24 cell replacement battery gives you up to 5.9 hours of extended battery life. The 24-cell battery is the larger of the two options, and it provides twice as much battery life as the 12-cell battery. This opens up more opportunities for those who need to use their Equinox for many hours during the day. The 24 cell rechargeable battery allows you to easily charge an additional battery in your home or office for longer vacations or flights. The Equinox 24 cell battery is the ultimate travel accessory and is energy efficient. When a battery is in place in the equinox Concentrator it will automatically take over whenever external AC or DC power is disconnected.

Installing & Removing Batteries

To install a new Battery Pack in your equinox, line up the battery so it will slide into the empty Power Compartment. Push the Battery into the empty Power Compartment until it locks (clicks) into position. The 12-cell battery will be flush with the front of the device when installed; the 24-cell battery will extend out from the front of the concentrator by about an inch. When the Battery is properly installed and the eQuinox is ON, the Battery Status Gauge will show on the Control Panel. To remove the Battery, push the release button on the top of the battery pack. While holding DOWN the release button, pull the Battery away from the eQuinox.
