PartsSource Wins 2010 World Class Customer Service Award
PartsSource, the world’s #1 ebusiness solution provider for replacement medical repair parts for hospital equipment, has been honored with the 2010 World Class Customer Service Award by Smart Business Magazine. This marked the fourth straight year PartsSource has achieved this distinction making it the only award winner to do so. In addition, PartsSource’s President & CEO, A. Ray Dalton, was honored with a World Class Leadership award for the outstanding corporate culture of customer service he has fostered.
“This is a very exciting award for us to win,” said Ray Dalton. “When we interview for new associates we screen everyone for a customer service mindset. When our account managers are trained we spend a lot of time and energy on teaching employees proper customer service skills. We like to say at PartsSource, that contrary to popular belief, the customer is not always right but let’s stay customer-focused and find ways to serve the customer.”
